These days a raft of chefs in Zibo city, located in East China's Shandong province, are employing traditional methods to make thousands of edible versions of Bing Dwen Dwen – the official panda mascot for the ongoing Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.
They use a range of different ingredients, including sugar and sweet soup balls. Check out this amazing tasty creation!
Liu Lu, an inheritor of Huantai county's famous bobo snack, is nowadays making a Bing Dwen Dwen-shaped bobo. Bobos are wheat buns that are larger than regular steamed buns.
