- Please show your health code, wear a mask and make sure you take care of your personal protection.
- Please follow the guidance of staff members, keep a distance of one meter from others throughout the whole process, line up in order and do not gather or chat with other people.
- During the sampling, if the person in front of you is not wearing a mask, please do not come forward. Avoid touching any items or placing your personal belongings – such as keys, mobile phones and ID cards – on the sample stand, to avoid contamination.
- After the sampling, please refrain from spitting in the nearby area. The cotton swab used in the sampling is sterile, so it is safe to swallow normally afterwards. Carry a spare mask with you and wear it after the sampling and throw the used one into the special garbage bin.
- Leave immediately after the sampling and wash your hands carefully with soap at home.
