Qingcheng wickerwork is a traditional local handicraft in Gaoqing county – administered by Zibo city in East China's Shandong province – and the technique for making it has been officially recognized as a county-level intangible cultural heritage item.

The wickerwork is usually made from fresh willow twigs that sprout every year. Craftsmen use different weaving techniques to interweave willow twigs along parts of utensils, such as their base or edges.
