The third Culture and Arts Season will kick off at Xiaofu River Wetland Park in Zibo, which is located in East China's Shandong province, on July 23 at 7 pm, and will last until the end of September. The event is expected to offer more than 20 free performances.

This year's event is expected to showcase a dazzling variety of performances that are free to the public, including bands, songs and dances, quyi (Chinese folk art forms), a symphony, plays and choirs.

To share the high-quality artistic performances with all villages and towns across the city, 26 Zibo-based bands will perform at the "Sound of Zibo" music festival in different areas and scenic spots in the city's five districts and counties every Saturday night from July 23 to Aug 20, and will be broadcast live online.
The city's new artistic works collection tour featuring four special topics and seven performances will be staged at Xiaofu River Wetland Park from July 24 to Aug 1.
Original works of scene dramas and other artistic works will also be on display at Xiaofu River Wetland Park, and artists will be rewarded for their outstanding works.
