The Wangcun Vinegar Museum is the first millet vinegar museum in China. It's located in Wangcun town, known as the hometown of millet vinegar, situated in Zibo city, in East China's Shandong province.

Tourists can see production there taking place in the brewing workshop, dating back to the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
It is also an off-campus research center for local primary and middle school students to experience vinegar making and other traditional skills.
The museum offers free visits and talks, free experiences of traditional crafts and different vinegars being made for tourists to taste from July to August 2022.
