The Boshan Raindrop Glaze Museum – in the Boshan district of Zibo city, in East China's Shandong province – is on a site covering 1,235 square meters and the building has a total floor space of 1,153 sq m. As a thematic museum that integrates the collection, research and display of the raindrop glaze and ancient ceramics, it has 320 physical collections and shows the historical and artistic value of ceramics from the perspective of historical development and wider cultural progress. With the unique display properties and production processes of the Boshan raindrop glaze as the main focus, the museum enables visitors to perceive the beauty of folklore, tradition and the culture of ceramics.
