The Fushan Natural Geology Museum – located in Zibo city in East China's Shandong province – covers an area of more than 18,000 square meters, with 24 exhibition halls spread out over four floors in total.
They feature more than 10,000 exhibits of mineral specimens, precious stones, dinosaur fossils, meteorites and animal specimens from all over the world.
The museum takes various natural geological treasures from home and abroad as its leading exhibits, features the display of extant organisms and focuses on the popularization of science and the protection of the environment.
It operates in such areas as research, science popularization, education, cultural displays, creative art and also conducts social receptions. On the fourth floor, there is also a Red Journey Exhibition Hall.
