Shandong Chuanying Food Co Ltd, a time-honored brand based in Zibo city – in East China's Shandong province – applied advanced technology and intelligent manufacturing to its brewing and production of soy sauce and vinegar and has made fruitful achievements.

Established in 2002, the enterprise was transformed from the Fuyuanzhai Sauce Garden, which was founded in 1894.
The enterprise officially launched the Chuanying Food Culture Industrial Park project in July 2018. In less than half a year, a modern factory with an investment of 230 million yuan ($33.54 million) that covers an area of 100 mu (6.67 hectares) was built.
Through independent research and development, and the introduction of key equipment, the company's process of brewing and producing soy sauce and vinegar has been tremendously accelerated. The fermentation process of the soy sauce, for example, can be shortened by three months.
What's more, the automatic liquid vinegar process can achieve a daily production output of 30 metric tons of vinegar. The brewing technology of the company's soy sauce and vinegar is said to attain the highest level in China.
The enterprise introduced an ERP integrated management system and an intelligent storage warehouse this year, which greatly improved the capacity and safety of the intelligent production process.
The enterprise has produced a series of flavoring products with its own characteristics, and obtained five intellectual property patents and eight patents for utility models.
Also, its products such as asparagus soy sauce and sweet vinegar have been widely praised by consumers.
After the new plant is put into operation, the enterprise plans to expand the scale of production and increase farmers' incomes.
