The Qi Culture Museum integrates the collection, exhibition, protection and research of cultural relics from the ancient Qi state, one of the most powerful states in China for more than 800 years during the Spring and Autumn Period (770-476 BC), as well as the Warring States Period (475-221 BC).
Based on the former museum for the Qi state ruins, the Qi Culture Museum covers a building area of 35,000 square meters that houses more than 30,000 individual relics, with 4,100 or so items on display.
The museum has four main halls to show the intangible cultural heritage and local customs of the Qi state – and also displays the current development achievements and prospects of the Linzi district.
