Zhangdian district adopts phase-in fire control policies to benefit locals

Zhangdian district in Zibo, a city located in East China's Shandong province, has accepted phase-in policies in fire-control facilities for construction projects to enable the projects to become operational as early as possible, local media reported.

Recently, a manager at Shandong Mintai Industrial Group surnamed Wang expressed his satisfaction with the new mode of "phase-in" acceptance of fire control facilities in Zhangdian district.

"Thank you for your new mode of phase-in fire control acceptance so that our project can benefit from it," Wang said.

"Thanks to the new mode, the 'farmers' market zone' has passed the fire control acceptance and has been put into use first, and residents from the surrounding communities can buy agricultural products easily," Wang added.

In order to further help market entities speed up the project completion acceptance, Zhangdian district is actively exploring the new mode of "fire control acceptance in phases".

For parts of large construction projects that need to be put into use earlier and that are relatively independent in their functions, the fire control acceptance of construction projects can be implemented according to the purpose of the construction unit. That is, on the basis of meeting the requirements of "having independent and complete use functions", and the acceptance will follow the principle of "a part completed, that part accepted first" to help enterprises achieve the goal of early completion and early delivery.

Longfengyuan Farmer's Market is responsible for the supply of fresh fruits and vegetables for residents in many large communities, and its completion can provide more vegetables to residents. The Longfengyuan Farmers' Market Project has a total construction area of more than 40,000 square meters.

In order to open the market as soon as possible, Zhangdian district administrative examination and approval service bureau staff members divided the project into "Minus 2 to First floors" (farmers' market area) and "2 to 7 floors" (hotel catering and guest room accommodation area) for "phase-in acceptance".

The new mode of fire control acceptance in phases allows the project to be put into use at least one month ahead of the previous acceptance mode, which greatly improves the efficiency of the completion and operations of the project, and cuts a great deal of costs for enterprises.
