Four new measures – offering government services to Zibo residents and companies as usual amid the COVID-19 pandemic – were recently implemented by the administrative examination and approval service bureau in the Linzi district of the city, located in East China's Shandong province.
Based on the Shandong provincial business start-up service platform, Linzi's companies can now handle all their administrative procedures online including registration, changing their particulars, filing records and making cancellations.
Business licenses, seal engraving, tax registration, social security registration, medical insurance registration, provident fund registration and organizing appointments to open a corporate bank account can be handled simultaneously.
Moreover, a raft of items can be dealt with at the 24-hour self-service hall. These include registering individual businesses, sole proprietorship enterprises, shareholders of limited liability companies, as well as the cancellation of enterprises.
For matters that really need to be handled on site, people should make an appointment by phone to ensure efficient and orderly services.
Staff members are fully on duty and can provide consultations, guidance and reliable government services.
