Boshan crisp fish pot, widely known as Boshan suguo, is a traditional dish in Zibo in which mixed vegetables, fish and meat are mixed with seasonings such as soy sauce, vinegar, yellow wine and spices.
The fish bones in the dish are crisp, while the suguo is both crisp and soft.
Every family in Boshan district has its own unique recipe for the dish. There's an old saying that everyone, rich or poor, loves suguo.
