During the third Qingdao Multinationals Summit, which was held recently, ready-made dishes from Zibo-based food manufacturers attracted a lot of attention by using imaginative marketing to promote their quality products.
One of them, Shandong Zhiweizhai Catering Co Ltd, prepared 12 ready-made dishes – such as spiced mutton and sausages. It turned them into delectable meals at the exhibition, with their wafting odors attracting hordes of eager visitors who gobbled the tasty morsels down.
"Zibo has just held a prefabricated food industry development conference and is developing the industry," said Dou Xianbin, manager of Shandong Zhiweizhai Catering Co Ltd. He added the company would seize the opportunity to further improve its brand visibility and influence.

Ding Hui, president of Zibo Dinghui Halal Food Co Ltd, was also having a busy time at the exhibition.

Zibo Dinghui Halal Food Co Ltd, located in Jinling town, the only ethnic minority town in Zibo, has subsidiaries engaged in cattle and sheep slaughtering, processed beef and halal catering.
Company president Ding Hui said he inherited his family's secret recipe for beef sauce he then developed into a lucrative range of halal food, which has become a time-honored brand in Shandong province.
Ding said that his company would achieve a higher level of development through platforms like the summit.
