Zibo governs five districts – Zhangdian, Zichuan, Boshan, Zhoucun and Linzi – and three counties – Huantai, Yiyuan and Gaoqing – and the Zibo High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Zibo Economic Development Zone and Wenchang Lake Provincial Tourism Resort.
