Boshan district – administered by the prefecture-level city of Zibo, in East China's Shandong province – boasts such glorious natural scenery that it is widely regarded as being perfect for tourists when they venture out into the great outdoors.
Visitors are often inspired by the stunning view of Lushan Mountain, the highest peak in the central area of Shandong province – as well as Wuyang Lake, the national wetland park, a group of karst caves rarely seen in north China and the breathtaking red-leaf forest.
